MSF 2026 Back 2 School Program: New Partnerships, Lasting Impact

This year, MSF proudly welcomed a new partner, Authors in Grocery Stores (AIGS), to the Back 2 School Program, expanding our reach and deepening our impact across communities. MSF continued its long-standing commitment to families in Georgia, Florida, and Louisiana, providing book bags, school supplies, and essential care packages to students in need. Beyond donations, MSF team members rolled up their sleeves to volunteer at a distribution event, connecting directly with the communities we serve. Through every partnership, donation, and act of generosity, MSF remains dedicated to helping students start the school year confident, prepared, and inspired to succeed.

Georgia Initiatives

This year, the Myles Singleton Foundation built on its strong commitment to Georgia communities through three impactful Back 2 School initiatives, growing its network of support to ensure students across the state were equipped and ready to learn.

📍 Loganville

MSF partnered with new sponsor, Authors in Grocery Stores (AIGS), to stock O'Kelly Memorial Library with a wide range of school supplies, ensuring students in the community have what they need to succeed. Donated items included:

  • 100 pencils

  • 120 pens

  • 100 erasers

  • 50 single-subject notebooks

  • 50 composition notebooks

  • 500 sheets of loose-leaf paper

  • 100 hand sanitizers/wipes

  • 240 markers (enough for 20 students)

  • 50 packs of crayons (8ct.)

  • 96 highlighters

📍 Barrow County

For another year, MSF provided 100 book bags to Barrow County for their Back-to-BOLD event, held Friday, July 24th at Apalachee High School. This partnership continues a commitment to Barrow County Schools that MSF has proudly upheld since 2013.

📍 Conyers

Voices of Faith Church received a $200 donation to support their Back to School Bash, held on July 18th. Executive Director Shannon Singleton and Kevin Singleton had the pleasure of volunteering at the event, connecting directly with the families and students MSF serves.

Florida Outreach

This year, the Myles Singleton Foundation continued its support of Florida communities, helping ensure that students were equipped and ready to learn as the new school year began.

📍 Fort Myers, FL

MSF provided 50 book bags along with a $200 donation to Pine Manor Improvement Association in support of their Back 2 School event held on Saturday, August 1st.

Louisiana Support

This year, the Myles Singleton Foundation continued its dedication to Louisiana communities, delivering essential resources to help students start the year prepared and confident.

📍 Donaldsonville, LA

Lowery Elementary School received 24 uniforms (12 girls' and 12 boys', sizes 8–12) to help students with their uniform needs. Executive Director Shannon Singleton personally delivered 150 care packages (25 girls' and 25 boys' packages each to Lowery Elementary, Lowery Middle School, and Donaldsonville High School).

From Georgia to Florida to Louisiana, each partnership reflects the heart of MSF's mission—to empower students, strengthen families, and uplift communities through compassion and care. Whether it's welcoming a new partner, delivering care packages by hand, or supporting long-standing collaborations, every effort contributes to something greater.

Because when communities come together, the impact reaches far beyond the classroom—and lasts long after the school year begins.
